NFL stadium food in 2026 is reaching new levels of excess, with venues across the country rolling out menus that include a two-foot hot dog priced at $45, crab-stuffed pretzels, double bacon cheeseburgers topped with Buffalo cheese curds, and a quesadilla the length of a small child. Aramark Sports + Entertainment is behind many of the new additions, with rival caterers Levy also contributing across several venues. Whether you are there for the football or not, the food alone is an argument for buying a ticket.
The Wildest New NFL Stadium Food Dishes This Season
Empower Field at Mile High in Denver is home to perhaps the most eye-catching item on any menu this season. The Beast in a Blanket is a two-foot dog loaded with brisket burnt ends, cheddar, and goat cheese, wrapped in puff pastry and finished with avocado cream, crispy onions, jalapeño, and secret sauce. Find it in Section 128, and bring $45 to the counter.
At Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, the Lava Burger arrives as a cheese-stuffed patty topped with thick-cut bacon, roasted tomato, chives, and jalapeño popper spread, all served on a sourdough boule. It is available in Section 102. Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia has taken a different route: the Tush Push Tater is a deep-fried russet potato topped with fried chicken cutlet, pimento mac and cheese, bacon hot honey jam, 215 sauce, and scallions, available in the East and West Club Markets.
In Cincinnati, Paycor Stadium is offering not one but two items worth flagging. The Who Dey Sausage in Section 150 is a 24-inch BBQ cheddar pork sausage piled with pickled red onions, fresh jalapeño, and sweet BBQ sauce. According to Food Service Director, Paycor is also serving Grippo’s Hot Pork Rinds topped with smoked Carolina-style pork shoulder, cheddar cheese, barbecue sauce, chipotle ranch, pickled red onions, and jalapeños, a nod to a local snack brand worked into the new-season menu.
Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland is running a Hot Dog Flight out of Hungry Dawg Grill in Section 118, offering three mini dogs: the Buffalo Blitz Dog with Buffalo chicken dip, celery, blue cheese crumbles, and Buffalo sauce; the Italian Stallion with spaghetti, chopped meatballs, marinara, Parmesan, and fresh basil; and the Brisket Dog with smoked brisket, fried onions, pickles, bourbon BBQ sauce, and Gouda. Alongside the flight, Yahoo Finance reports that Cleveland is also serving a Polish Boy, a local classic featuring kielbasa, fries, poppy-seed coleslaw, Mabel’s Sweet Cleveland BBQ Sauce, Tony Packo’s pickles, and pickled red onions on a brioche roll.
NFL Stadium Food 2026 Goes Beyond the Burger
At U.S. Bank Stadium in Minnesota, the Raid Burger in Sections 101 and 328 is a double bacon cheeseburger topped with Buffalo cheese curds, an onion ring, and ranch on a brioche bun. For fans 21 and over with a valid government-issued photo ID, Yahoo Finance also reports there is a Soft Serve Margarita available (a purple-and-gold frozen drink inspired by Vikings colours) making it one of the more unconventional beverage options in the NFL this season.
Northwest Stadium in Washington is going a different direction entirely with its Crab Stuffed Pretzel: a crab-shaped pretzel filled with lemon-tarragon crab dip, brushed with garlic butter, and finished with grated Parmesan. Soldier Field in Chicago has the Bear-ia Burrito, filled with shredded beef birria, Chihuahua cheese, cilantro, and onion, served with house-made consommé. Ford Field in Detroit is offering Corktown Corned Beef Nachos made with fresh kettle chips, corned beef, white cheese sauce, Thousand Island dressing, coleslaw, tomato, and chives.
Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte has the Big ‘Dilla: a two-foot smoked adobo chicken quesadilla packed with cheddar and Jack cheese and pico de gallo, finished with cilantro and chipotle crema. Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh rounds things out with a Black N’ Gold Chicken and Waffle in the PNC Champions Club, house-made black-and-gold waffles topped with fried chicken, coleslaw, bacon jam, sweet potato fries, and Mike’s Hot Honey. Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis is debuting Crab Cake Sliders in its suites, featuring Northeastern-style crab cakes, Hartwell’s citrus ranch remoulade, and locally sourced bacon relish on Turano Baking Co. brioche buns.
The Soft Serve Margarita at U.S. Bank Stadium is listed as available on matchdays this season, making it a concrete reason for Vikings fans of legal drinking age to make their way to Sections 101 or 328 early.
